I moved to Davie County in 1987 after marring Paul. We have two sons. Abe is pursuing a professional degree in architecture at North Carolina State University. Zach, a senior at Appalachian State University is involved in video production for the Appalachian Football Program and other organizations.
I am an active member of First Presbyterian Church where I serve as an elder. Paul and I are active in the community, serving and volunteering for many projects including Relay For Life and Davie County Gideon Camp.
I enjoy going to the YMCA and knitting. I am a certified knitting instructor and have taught knitting classes in the community. My designs have been published in numerous books and magazines.
